Posts: 789 03/23/2008 9:51 PM	Bake then fry? You're missing a golden opportunity at that point. Fry first for moisture and texture - then bake to set the flavors of your glaze/rub. That being said - the best wings I've eaten were started in the fryer and finished on a grill. Brian

Posts: 15492 04/08/2008 9:36 AM Danger High Voltage	so our new thing is artisinal pasta sure they are 5 bucks a bag and not 49 cent like the cheap stuff but boy what a difference last night i just boiled the spagetti in salt water and ate it with out sauce. its that good. the texture is so much different, its spongy yet firm there are all sorts of little texture bumps on them too that you can feel when dry that hold sauce. can't wait for pesto this summer
