i thought MGMT was disappointing and wished i had stayed at moe. ended up heading back to the tent around 3 while they were playing Time to Pretend.
where was everyone else camped? i was at pod 3 in ivan drago...easily the best site i've ever had. so close to centeroo and we didn't have to leave the site to get anything. t-shirts, recreational materials, i even got an "unofficial" roo shot glass for $5 with a shot of crappy vodka. portos were at the opposite corner drago so they were close but not close enough to smell. vendors and food were a block and a half away. i really couldn't believe how lucky we got when we were placed there! |

arrived at 4 pm thursday, friends waited in line 5 hours, we got in in twenty minutes somehow on a weird back road but ended up in pod 11 in BFE haha the walk
to centeroo was enjoyable though... idk how people thought mgmt was dissappointing i thought it was the best show

has burton posted yet? i'm kinda worried about him. maybe he's this guy: Cleaning crew workers found the body of a white male in his 20s in a single tent at the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival campgrounds around noon today, authorities said. The body has not been identified, but it was enroute this afternoon to the medical examiner's office in Nashville for an autopsy. Coffee County Sheriff Steve Graves said there did not appear to be any foul play and it was not clear if the man was a festival attendee or one of the cleaning crew workers. "There are still about 200 workers out there cleaning up," the sheriff said. Sheriff's deputies are still investigating but have concluded that the man was still alive at 3 p.m. Monday. Two attendees died at the festival in 2004, a woman and a 20-year-old Michigan man, according to newspaper archives. A 32-year-old Huntsville, Ala. man died of an apparent methadone-related accident at the 2005 concert. Sheriff Graves said there have not been any calls about a missing person, which might help identify the man. We were in Andrew Clark Camp past pod 8 all the way in the back corner. It was a long walk but not too bad. The weather was great. Bonnaroo was a blast. Next
up is the Mile High Music Fest

Sheriff identifies body of man found at Bonnaroo campsite Coffee County Sheriff Steve Graves said the body found at the Bonnaroo campsite Tuesday has been identified as a 26-year-old Fort Payne, Ala., man. Matthew Lands was identified through fingerprint analysis Thursday. The family was notified at 1 p.m. CDT. Preliminary autopsy reports from the Tennessee Medical Examiner's Office in Nashville did not determine a cause of death, the sheriff said. Toxicology report results could take one to two weeks, he said. Mr. Lands body was found in a single-person tent at around noon CDT Tuesday near a black pickup truck belonging to his father Perry Lands as cleaning crew employees worked in the area. Matthew Lands' body is still being examined at the office in Nashville. He is at least the sixth person to die at the annual music and arts festival since it began in 2002. |

i was standing right next to Robert Smigel in the pit for the Bruce Show...he had the puppet and during 10ave Freeze Out Bruce came over and had Triumph sing
the chorus...
