^^^ yea it's about a block away....walk out the door of harvest moon and make a right...at the light make a left and it's right down that street on
the corner on the left....good place..you can sit outside and if it's colder they have the big heat lamps out there...the food at both places is really
good....Old Bay's food is more New Orleans style...

Went to an IPA festival hosted at a small brewery near me last night. It was pretty great. 22 (I think) IPAs and double IPAs on tap, 3 cask conditioned.
I'm not even going to try and remember them all, but I do remember they had Hopslam, Avery Maharaja, Dogfish Head 90 Minute, and Oskar Blues Dale's
Pale Ale.
The only downside to it being exclusively IPAs was that it's such an assault on your tastebuds and stomach that it can start to get a bit overwhelming. Even still, it was well worth the 20 bucks. They used full pint glasses, and even though they were only supposed to fill it up with about 4oz each time you went to the bar, you usually ended up with more than that. You also got to keep your glass, and they had burgers, empinadas, wings, and cheese & crackers. |

The 250 was good. It was co2, not nitrogen. Plus had a really nice smokey flavor to it. Definitely not as heavy as the traditional guiness.

Anybody know the availability in kegs or 1/4 barrells of the 250? Whenever I get back to the states (fist week of June at the latest hopefully) I will pick up
a 6er and try it out. If I like it, I will definately look to put it in the kegerator.

Drank my Founders Kentucky Breakfast last night, hopefully the place I got it from still has some...I want to drink these Christmas morning.
That was preceeded by a DFH World Wide Stout, I was pretty lit up after two beers :/ |

didnt feel like it had any effect at all, took about a 15 minute break between the two
i actually think it was better that way than going KBS > WWS, the coffee/chocolate/bourbon of the KBS really stood out after the straight roast and maltiness of the world wide stout |
