The Tony death is the death that bothered me the most. Besides Jack (and at times even including Jack), Tony was my favorite 24 character ever. |

I thought they did a pretty horrible job with his
death. He was way too important of a character to go out
the way he did. He didn't even get a silent count

i totally agree about Tony....season 1 made him out
to be a dick in the beginning but by the end, and every
season after that, he was the man
i took a look at the cast list of 24 on IMDB.com and it doesn't look like too many people are returning this season (you'll know who is back by seeing 2007 in their credit listing) full cast list |

jodi, I saw the prequel on the season 5 dvd.
interesting, but I kinda figured where it was
going.
a neat little idea, I like how they do that on the dvd's. I really liked the season 5 prequel on the season 4 dvd. |

The "tony is a dick" in early
season 1 made sense though. THe show was fresh then, and
we didn't know that literally anything could happen. It was set up that there
was a mole inside CTU, and the show was trying to make it
obvious that it was Tony, just so the first real shock of
the show (finding out it was Nina) would totally blow
everyone away.
That set the stage for the entire show. You realized you can never fully trust your gut, because what you think is true most certainly isn't. |
