I believe Jack will kill his dad and i still believe that the VP is somewhat tied into this, i don't know why but I just do.

Overall, this season has had it's moments, but hasn't really been as consistently good as previous seasons. I hope they at least give us an
action-packed crazy season finale...

Well, guess there is next season to look forward to...
LOS ANGELES, California (Hollywood Reporter) -- The clock on "24" will keep ticking for two more seasons. Fox's unusually late renewal for the Emmy-winning thriller will allow Jack Bauer to keep saving the day through the 2008-09 season, which will be the series' eighth. Series star Kiefer Sutherland already is locked to stay with the show through May 2009. "We're re-creating the series," executive producer/showrunner Howard Gordon said. "It is going to be a real-time thriller. Beyond that, it's an open book." "24," in which each episode spans an hour during the season-long day, has had a roller-coaster ride the past couple of seasons. It earned rave reviews for Season 5, which was capped by five Emmys last year, including best drama series and a best actor trophy for Sutherland. But during its current sixth season, "24" has drawn criticism from fans about losing some of its creative footing. Gordon said he felt those assessments were "unfair." "On balance, it was a very successful season," he said. The upcoming re-invention of the series was something the producers have talked about for a while, Gordon said. Aside from Sutherland, "24" will return with a new cast (some old favorites might return in different roles) and a new, non-Los Angeles location, with the producers even contemplating telling the story from two locations.

I wasn't too thrilled with the season finale. I'm still looking forward to next season. And can we please get out of Los Angeles already, bring the
show to NYC or something.

what non dead ctu workers are left? I already see an allstar cast if karen and bill are allowed to head ctu then we have chloe, jack, and morris. my dad seems
to thinks tony was only knocked out and not actually killed

The way i took it karen and bill cant work anymore, they got pardoned but can no longer work for the government. instead, they are to just retire.
I thought it was a pretty solid ending. Bill Buchanan and Jack make a sick combo. I was pumped. |

Yeah, I liked seeing them work together too. The finale was good. It was nice seeing Jack back to his killing ways. He seemed to have gone a bit overboard
there at the end with Audrey's dad. Like he had lost it, but I guess that is what this shit will do to you. The season as a whole was alright. Good enough
for me to watch next January. They better at least tell us what happened to some of the old characters if they dont bring them onto day 7.

its back....finally. good start. bunch of new characters...any thoughts. Girafilo was poor casting and a worse character i thought. Also, the fbi lead guy was
annoying but more of a necessary annoying. i don't like the FBI office compared to CTU in general.
i love dirty tony. i also like the african genocide angle for the bad guys. interesting new enemy. jack used a human shield already white house plot line could be a good one too. |
