wow, welcome to every other customer service industry. this has been around ~5 years umm, I have never seen it. Maybe its a thing for corporate clients or business type things, but if I am calling somebody (DirecTV, the CC's, etc) none of them do that. |

wow, welcome to every other customer service industry. this has been around ~5 years umm, I have never seen it. Maybe its a thing for corporate clients or business type things, but if I am calling somebody (DirecTV, the CC's, etc) none of them do that. |

time warner, sallie mae, comcast, at&t, cablevision, wells fargo... the list goes on. it's a great technology that controls costs and improves customer
experience. it's actually turning call center staffing models upside down - it's definitely a great thing!

at&t does not have it, unless I have never been on hold for a long enough period of time to warrant it.
oh and I definitely agree that it is a great thing. |

at&t has literally 80 call centers... it's not rolled out to all of them.

if anyone has ever watched the documentary The King of Kong, Steve Wiebe is going for the world record live all day today and theres a webcam on him and the
machine. its actually pretty entertaining, im sure you could make one hell of a drinking game out of it.
