Posts: 573 02/03/2012 2:19 PM	Tags : None Whose going? This will be big number 27 for me. Also can someone with a twitter request Toy Store for this show. As i said before this will be my 27th show and I have drawn nothing but blanks on Toy Store. This has always been my favorite OAR tune and i think I have heard every song in their itinerary live except this one. Ironic huh? I saw they have been playing it alot recently, so anyone expecting this to be played don't get your hopes up because I am a jinx. A little help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Stephen Kellogg on Irish Rose will be worth the price of admission right there. You definitely can't beat SK6ERS and OAR! Keep us updated

I live 1 hour outside Chicago and get off of work at 4, but could probably leave early if I want to in order to get there and beat the traffic. I don't know how crowded to expect it to be since most of the shows I go to are in the Summer, but it is Chicago, though the last Winter show I attended in Chicago was at UIC in '07 and it wasn't really that crowded. I've never seen a show at the Aragon, is there parking at the venue? Hopefully they bust out some rarities for us. I'll be heading up to Milwaukee for the Friday show as well.

Posts: 215 02/08/2012 7:00 PM	I went to school in downtown Chicago, I know it's not easy to park there, why are people such smartasses these days? someone told me that they have parking set up across the street but that they weren't sure. Is there a garage nearby? People on this board used to be fucking helpful, now they just come on here to be fucking assholes.

I went to string cheese there in december and if you get there a bit early there should be parking. I know there's a lot a few blocks west on Lawrence. It was $20 if I remember correctly. I know I've also parked across from the Riv which is also close in a lot used for the L train. I want to say that one was $15. Hope this helps

Posts: 120 02/09/2012 12:00 PM	Last night on the Live Chat they said they go on stage at 9:15 with sk6ers going on at 8. I also have never been to the venue before. Does anyone know if the blacony is for VIP only? My husband has a really bad back and really needs a chair or a pole to lean on if he's on his feet for long periods of time. I'm wondering if there's open seating up top? I'm looking forward to it. Fingers crossed for Irish rose!

As for parking, I won't be easy or cheap unless you luck out on a street spot on broadway or lawrence west of broadway. I'll be taking the el up from Lakeview. Never seen the sixers, so that should be fun! As for the balcony, i don't recall if all or part where VIP only, but there are plenty of poles along the sides to lean against.

I don't know who you are SoMovedOn21 - you could have gone to school in Texas for all I know. Many times people from out of town come on here for advice and they aren't familiar with the city. Parking in downtown Dayton for example is much easier than finding a spot near the Aragon. I can't help you find a parking spot outside the venue - but I will tell you that it's not easy to park in that area, so take your time and be prepared to walk a bit.
