DIAce1 wrote: I look at the posters because sometime I do buy posters of the shows I attend. I purchased the Chicago one. I may be attending a few of these shows, so I looked at the thread. And God forbid if I someone looks at a thread without the intent of purchasing a poster, but to look at the artwork. Like I mentioned before, there were, on average, 100 posters for each released show. These haven't all sold yet, so I don't understand how you state they are in hot demand. |

Tampa, St. Augustine and Koka Booth are my favorites. I like the art on all of them tough, nicely done and very, very cool to give each show a unique poster.
Id like to get those, but don't really want posters of shows i didnt go to...

awesome looking?
how are they awesome after some of the really cool ones circa 2004-2006? Especially 2004 winter tour, 2005 summer tour (with the big circle), etc. |

i think all of the posters thus far have been pretty good, some better than others, but all pretty solid. i just love that they are creating posters more than
ever and making sure to give everyone heads up on their availability. i can remember scouring ebay every couple of weeks looking for posters and then being
like, "oh, did you know they put out a poster for their tipitina's show last year? no, me either - check this out. $14 plus shipping."
one day i will have a house with a basement whose walls i will line with all of the concert posters i've collected. and i don't think it should matter whether you were at a show or not. if you see a poster and like it, buy it. i had ed get me the most recent red rocks poster because i thought it was cool as hell. i might ask somebody to get me the newest MSG one, too.
