I live in Hyde Park. Which is a nice area for young professionals, too...and with the recession, there are tons of houses you can rent there for cheap.

Benny just referenced, due to the times, i guess they have a lot of vacancy and are trying to rent out units for much less than what they would have asked in
the past. He found their rental postings on Craigslist and checked the place out. I went up there for 4th of July weekend and its got some pretty awesome river
views. He has a roomate, so it might be a little cheaper for a 2BR, but i would at least check this place out.
