more depressing than the one where the chick gets alzheimer's and can't remember her family and they both die at the end? I'd say its probably
about the same.

not really. they spent an entire lifetime together, had children, the whole shabang. it's a sweet, romantic love story. my sister's keeper is about a
little girl that's dying. that's just depressing as hell.

actually, the story is less about the girl dying than the girl's sister fighting for her right to legally control her own body.

technicalities. either way, one is a love story, the other a child dies of cancer.

yeah looks good. definitely darker than the notebook. whats depressing about the notebook? i guess if youre the other husband... or the ducks.. or the old fat
guy that the mom loves...or you dont like awesome mustaches......

the girl's dying, what's there to misinterpret? yes, i get it. it's all about the stuggles of the sister taking care of her and what she
overcomes/deals with/faces in order to be the care giver to her dying sister. the fact remains, her little sister is dying.

apparently, they changed the ending for the movie. never read the book/didn't see the flick so not sure what the change is.

they changed the ending? i don't know how they could do that. that's like changing the whole book.
unless they just changed the way it happens not what happens if that makes sense.
