they have to PROVE there case, with evidence that you didn't leave. security footage? file a motion for discovery. to get it.

that being charged will still be on your record unless you get it dismissed. but it's ok you'r worthless anyways you're a canuck

chris the deal is do NOT sign a waiver saying you give up your right to a speedy trial. they haev 45 days for lower crime and 60 for felonies.
you sign your right away they can continue it as long as they want. get your shit together fast and beat them to the punch.

in chardon ohio i had the clerk of courts get bent and through a hissy fit bc i wouldn't sign it. they said blah blah this and blah blah that.
i said "i'm ready to go, if you can't schedule me, then that is fine, i'll have the charges dismissed."
some how the found a place to schudele me in...... funny how that works.

everybody needs to fit every case and over burden the system.

this means that you had signed away your right before they continued.
most liekly this happened the first time you appeared in one of the documents they asked you to sign at court.
if you never signed away your right unitl 9 months in, then your lawyer should have filed for dismissal at 60 days after the incident.
