The "change" is the step in a new direction, one that eventually will cause our country to prosper to what it once was, and not bring about its demise. what's something that you can point to that is actual change? Then obama steps in, creates a deficit 4x that amount and it's no big deal. This coming from a guy that was going to go through the budget "line by line". Anyone that doesn't see the problem with obama's policy is an idiot. The gov't can't spend and prop up the entire US economy, it's too big. They're seeing with the stimulus that they can't even get the money out. It's much quicker to do tax cuts. High spending> High taxes crowd out investments/reinvestments. And if you think you don't care if the rich/corporation gets taxed, just remember who you're employed by. Besides, any time they try to raise the taxes on the rich, they find a way to avoid it. Take Maryland/New York, they implement the "Millionaires Tax" to plug the hole in their budget and they have the rich leaving the state like crazy. Then the burden falls on the middle class. So obama probably will end up saving a few billion jobs by the time he's done. This is an elementary concept. It figures that you'd be too stupid to figure out how that gets derived.
