Heading to Charleston in a couple of weeks. What should we make sure we do or check out? Our 3 month old is going with us, so we can't really get wild and
crazy.

Went to school in Charleston. It was the best. Can't give you a ton of tips on what to do with a 3 month old though.

lived in charleston for 3 years and loved it!
go to one of the many beaches. sullivans is more family friendly and make sure to have lunch at poes (great burgers). i usually went to folly but its more 20 year olds playing boccie ball and drinking beer. take a carriage ride through downtown. walk the market and buy useless tourist stuff. browse the shops on king st. go to the battery during sunset and check out rainbow row. if you have time drive out to magnolia plantation. for dinner spots id recommend cypress, magnolias, chi's, and monza. make sure you order the sweet tea vodka... that shit is like crack! definitely bring some comfortable walking shoes because the sidewalks can be treacherous. |

yeah, definitely depends on where you're staying. i spent about 4 days down there earlier in the spring. i stayed in mount pleasant which i won't do
again as i was constantly driving to sullivan's island or island of palms. i would say isle of palms is more of a "get away from it all" laid
back family vacation, but sullivan's has more things to do. my gf was staying on isle of palms with her 14 month old and it was great...beaches weren't
too crowded or anything.

Spent Memorial weekend in Charleston for a wedding at Daniels Island. Can't help you out with stuff to do for a 3 month old, but its an awesome city for a
four-day binge on alcohol and oysters.
