i think its great because it will introduce a new generation to the beatles. rockband is actually a great way of preserving music and introducing it to the
current teen generation, which hears the same 5 songs on the radio day after day. i read an article about that a while back. no doubt this game will have the
same impact...and i wouldnt be surprised if they reach a deal with itunes around the same time the game comes out. they'll make a killing.

good call. it would be nice to see that music on itunes. i did buy McCartney's Back In The US album on there, but the whole catalog should be available

Looks awesome. I am a casual Rock Band fan... My college roomate had it, and I used to play Guitar Hero I and II but I definitely may try to pick this one up.

i was surprised they did an entire game devoted to just metallica. seems like a small, niche audience.

I think there will be a few songs they may have done covers of in there. I think most of the other band specific games are that way too. But with it being the
Beatles, and having so many "hit" and songs people want to here (unlike a Metalica or Aerosmith) there might not be any room for covers.
