who do you have winning the game?
Barca's got Abidal, Alves, and Marquez out, Henry and Iniesta are playing but not 100%. Rio Ferdinand is back but he only had a calf injury, still not
100%. Barca's going to have a tough time on defense with 3 of their starting 4 out. Man Utd is basically 100% healthy other than Ferdinand. People talk
about Barca's front three (Messi, Henry, and Eto'o), but Man Utd's got Ronaldo, Rooney (who seems to do more than he is given credit for),
Berbatov, and Tevez. Yeah Barca's trio scored like 100 goals this season, but Man Utd isnt that far out-gunned as attacking goes.
I think this game is 3-1, Manchester United. With United's defense intact and a patchwork back there for Barca, no way they stop United's front.

man u is healthy but and strong but barca is more creative in the penalty box and makes plays rather than taking advantage of the oponents mistakes.
it will be an entertaining game. been following man u for 11 years and barca for 3 we'll see how the reffs call stuff too. english vs. spanish football is quite different. as long as rooney and dani alves can keep their cool, they won't get carded. expect the defense from man u to be up front trying to score messi will be weaving through vidic |

i'll agree that Barca is the more creative side, especially in the penalty area, but Man Utd's defense is fucking stellar. I dont think Messi will have
an easy time. Evra will be marking him. and even if (when) he gets passed Evra, Vidic and Ferdinand are no slouches. They (barca) couldnt do anything against
Chelsea's backline and Man Utd's back line is stronger.
Manchester is going to win in the counter attack. Alex Ferguson said they would win that way against Arsenal and that's what they did. I agree about the refs, that's the big question mark. English football is a rough, physical game. Spanish football is more finesse, which is probably why Barca scored 150 goals this season. I think Rooney is going to have a big game. he's flown too far under the radar and this game is the perfect opportunity for him to show up big. |

just walked over to the client.
spotted 1 barca jersey on street. figured it as an omen. barca 1, man u nil then rounded the corner and saw a rooney jersey. now the game will end 1-1 with penalties |

Barca just dominated that game from the 10th minute on. Man Utd came out firing, but that goal completely deflated MU. They just couldnt get anything going
whatsoever against Barca, nothing. Barca deserved to win that game 100%, and the refereeing was spot on.
Whenever a call needed to be made he was right on top of the play and did a good job. Ronaldo got rattled, and you could tell that both he and Rooney were getting frustrated. MU's defense was horrendous. A pretty boring game i thought. Not a whole lot of chances from either side, after what i thought would be a shoot out. Great win for Barca. |
