i always use travelocity or orbitz..there are about 1000 other sites as well. as long as you dont book through the airline directly youll be getting a better
deal regardless

^not necessarily true, travelocity's pricing for plane tickets alone are usually exactly the same as booking directly thru the airline(at least thats the
case for continental). they use to charge a service fee which actually made them more expensive than booking direct. you really only save when you book your
flight & hotel together thru travelocity.

kayak.com - they search most major airlines and can also search sites like travelocity. you can set up search agents that email you fares daily. this is really
helpful when you have something planned in the future and are interested in seeing how the fares change on a daily basis.
they don't do southwest from what I remember, so you'll need to check them out separately. also, the glorified charters like usa3000 need to be checked separately. |

looks as though he wouldnt need SW or usa3000 if going to brussels, but kayak is def a good place to start and then going directly to the airlines they suggest
or orbitz/travelocity.

Whatever site you choose to use, for example orbitz.com, go to google and search "orbitz promotion code" and they will almost always have something
that will help you out.
I just booked a trip to Savannah, GA and an orbitz promotion code saved me almost 25%. Pretty sweet. |

vayama.com another option would be to visit a travel agent specializing in 'consolidator fares.' look for deals on american, continental, delta, or jet airways. they'll get you to BRU nonstop from NYC. |

vacocrew wrote: you're flying from Atlanta to Savannah? that had to have been really cheap, otherwise you could almost drive it in the same amount of time it takes to fly there. that includes time spent in the airport, waiting to board, waiting for luggage, etc... Savannah is an allsome city. Tybee Island is overrated. |

for most us routes, farecast is pretty good. it tells you to either buy the ticket or wait depending on what future prices might do. and i have never seen it
be wrong.
