9.6. I have the pollen.com yahoo widget installed on my desktop and have been watching it daily. Predicted to be 10.7 tomorrow. Trying to stay away from taking
allergy medication as best I can.

10.4 and I was completely out of commission this morning... We'll be in the 8's the next two days then possibly back up into the 10's.
Worechester, Mass which is #1 on the worst pollen list, above my city in the 2 slot, is going to be in the 11's almost all week...that would be hell. I Took two benadryls and a claritin, which seem to be working pretty good except I almost feel high, but not in a good way...Benadryl and Claritin are probably not found in Archie's clubs. |

for all those whose allergies are really bad- i highly recommend investing in a netti pot, they work really well to clean the pollen out of your sinuses. you
can find them at whole foods and places like that

Neti Pots are fantastic... However, they don't do a whole lot for you if you're still exposed to the allergen...
If you use it then go right outside, it isn't going to keep them allergies from coming right back in an instant. They are great for night time though...clean out your sinuses before you go to sleep and if you keep your windows shut you should be allergy free until the next morning. |
