Villa Rosa on the south side is the shit... as is Ricobenes. I could eat pizza and cheese fries from there every day.

except that it's lame to not go meet your out of town friends for a beer when they're visiting your city. hmm, i had a game friday night until 11 or so and i received one text from you guys at like 2am telling me you were at irish oak or something on friday
night. saturday was a wash. but i even texted sharkey on saturday to hit me up on sunday for us to go meet up early on sunday to eat before you all left.
WTF is St Louis Pizza? the most fucking god awful pizza on the face of the earth. on the same trip to the ozarks i referenced in the drunk driving thread, we ordered a bunch of st louis pizzas the last night in missouri. everyone ate a single piece before concluding that it was the fucking awful. basically they take shitty crust and put cheddar cheese or some other concoction of nasty fucking fungus onto it, bake it for like 3 minutes and then serve it. disgusting. In Chicago - Best deep dish is Gino's East, best thin crust is Art of Pizza. i will do everything i can to avoid eating deep dish. definitely prefer NYC style to chicago style. but thin crust at art of pizza is heaven. i'd put it
up against most any other kind of pizza.
