hey maybe there are. maybe there aren't. i dont know. not worth the hassle to really find out. ill just have somewhere cool to stay and enjoy myself worry
free. not everyone is a man like you doozer and stays up all night in vegas just say he can. youre awesome though, dont worry.

there aren't lockers in any US airport anymore...
you can go to ANY nice hotel and check your bags for free - they have no way to checking that you actually stayed there (nor do they care). they'll take your bags and you slip them a buck a bag once you get them back. seriously though, get a cheap hotel and enjoy the city with the $$ you saved. |

i don't understand how folks can't not love vegas. their is something for everyone. you can gamble, you can go to shows, you can drink, drugs have a stiffer penalty which makes em that much more fun, you can enjoy sports, go see a fight, see the statue of liberty, eifel tower, canals of venice, ancient rome while drinking margarita by the yard and see mutha fucking cher all within a few blocks. the people watching is great, they have that rad overpriced del taco by the MGM where I have fallen asleep twice, you can take a helicopter ride to the grand canyon, get married quick and easy (only to get fucked over by Mandalay Bay, feel free to skip that) and fuck hookers (which i have actually never done). what is not to love? as far as buffets go - avoid the circus circus. i have had the one at excalibur and it's basically really mass produced food. full of sodium and or preservitives. it's ok, but nothing amazing. i did receieve the funniest two text messages of my life there if that means anything. fuck man, i wish i was in vegas right now.

vegas is hurting right now and many hotels are comping rooms (hoping youll pay for other stuff at the hotel such as food).
parents are going in april and staying 4 nights for free.

i live in vegas fyi. just got back from an ice bar in mandalay called Minus Five. its this really cool bar they keep at -5 celsius, they give you big jacket
and mittens. the bar is made out of ice, the walls, tables, chairs, glasses, everything is all made out of ice. so much fun. i definitely recommend checking it
out.

Vegas is a ton of fun. I think there are several aspects of it that can be overrated, but if you like to gamble and don't feel like flying out of the US,
the Las Vegas Strip is the best place to go.
And I would love to live there. My friend and I were contemplating doing that. Housing market is excellent from what I've heard. |

but if you like to gamble and don't feel like flying out of the US, the Las Vegas Strip is the best place to go. We have an indian casino 5 blocks down the street from my office here...even has a full bar. 
I'm sure I'll end up going at some point, but the most I care to do in the tourist area's would be betting on hockey in a sportsbook while boozing for free and golfing. I think I'd rather go to Reno though...same stuff as Vegas plus snowboarding. |

I love Vegas. I'd never gone until last year, but my girlfriend and I went twice in a 6 month period. Rev hit it on the head. you can do anything and act
anyway you want.
The first time we went, we got bumped from our flight and gave us a free roundtrip flight (hence why we came back so soon) plus hotel for the night. They put us up in the Hyatt kiddie-corner from the Hard Rock. It was a nice place...geared toward business travelers so its no frills, but the place is brand new with 42-inch lcd tvs. location is great (hard rock is a lot of fun to hang out in) and you can take a quick cab to the strip, which you could walk if you really wanted. Raters are around $89-100 i think. That said, the Mirage might be more fun for the money. |
