espn rated the Eagles as the best offense and defense in the NFC east this year... this is a make or break year for Donovan McNabb... if he gets hurt or ends
the season on IR, he won't be an Eagle in 2008 since the birds have a history of not paying injury prone 30+ year olds (this is why they drafted the QB,
which i was initially fuming over)
the Birds have to go deep in to the playoffs this year, probably the Super Bowl... or we're going to see Kevin Kolb a lot sooner than expected... |

also, what is nice is you can create a league, and then just invite people directly into each division... they then sign up and are already in the league....
it's a nice system... let me know, if not, we can head back over to yahoo...

Seems like a good idea at first. A bunch of us learned, the tough way, 2 years ago that Yahoo or ESPN are the only way to go. Everything else just ends up a disappointment/waste of a fantasy year. |

and Tank is released from the Bears, according to ESPN (haven't checked chicago media pages yet). got your wish Greg. He is dumb and stupid for being out that late and deserves it after it all. But I don't think he is going to get charged for the DUI. I think all thats going to happen is that he is going to get a speeding ticket for doing 40 in a 25 (i think that was it). and no I am not backtracking on anything I said earlier. |

Irish, I wasn't busting your balls about, I was just saying that the people who were defending him would at some point look bad because of something he
did. I mean, if you had police kick your door in and arrest people for guns and drugs, you would think that the person wouldn't be out at a bar till 4am
the next night.

Well the nice thing about Fleaflicker is that you can have up to 24 teams so more can play. Also I am setting it up with similar rules to Yahoo! with very few bonuses

He's a douche bag that made Bears' management look like fools for giving him a second chance. kind of see that, but i don't think this incident is going to turn into anything. like i said if he was intoxicated, he would not have been released without being charged with anything. and from some light reading, arizonia has a very liberal DUI law where to get charged with driving under the influence your BCA doesn't even have to be the state limit of .08. don't know how true that is, just something i read when he first was put into custody over it. and for those wondering he is not out on parol for the gun/drug charges, so he won't be spending any more time in jail, in chicago at least. |

If you spout off about being a changed man after being suspended from the only way you have of making a living, I think you should be aware enough not to be
out at 4 in the morning at a club anyway.

how do you know he was at a club?
didn't that happen the day after mini-camp was over? or am i wrong on the timing? i mean his plane could have been delayed and he had a drink or two at the airport bar and/or the flight, then drove home from the airport. just saying. |
