Posts: 10266 11/08/2009 2:26 PM Bloody Feet	There's a difference between choking and not being good. 2003 they choked. Other years, they just weren't very good. I recall them being the favorites every year since '03. But yes during the regular season, a few times, they weren't good at all.

Posts: 807 11/09/2009 6:38 PM	From a lifelong Yankee fan, who's favorite player of all time wore #23 and only played in 5 career playoff games, my thoughts are: 1) The Redsox are the Team of the Decade (FYI: Team of the Decade is not always statistically derived). 2) Yankees fans and Redsox fans are 1 and 1a when it comes to being the most obnoxious. Both have HUGE bandwagon followings that make me sick. 3) If you are getting the feeling that Yankees fans feel inferior to the Redsox, see #2. Thats because we have some reaaaaally douchebag fans.... (same goes for Redsox fans in regard to inferiority and douchiness) 4) Biggest choke of All Time: 2004 NYY (followed by Latrell Sprewell) 5) Worst team of the Decade is undoubtedly the Pittsburgh Pirates. Last winning season was in '92? Man... thats even worse than my beloved Knicks.... 6) I personally can't stand Yankees fans that throw around the #27 all the time in arguements with Redsox fans. While its obviously a very big accomplishment and one that deserves recognition, who the hell cares how many championships your team won before you were old enough to see it (let alone even being born)? I mean seriously... Yanks won WS 5 years in a row ('49, '50, '51, '52, '53), what does that have to do with whether the Yankees have a better bullpen than the Redsox in 2009? Posts: 4399 11/09/2009 9:02 PM	i hate all teams in the AL, especially the ones on the East Coast....Yankees are team of the decade over the Bo Sox if we're narrowing it down to those 2 teams as an arguement....i dont care what "rag" papers you read or believe, but even with their epic 2004 ALCS loss, Yankees have still won the East 8 times, where Boston only won it once.
