Best summer music festivals |

My friends and I are trying to put together summer road trip where we hit up as many music festivals as we can... We've got Bonnaroo and All Points West so
far. Anyone know of any other festivals worth checking out?

i suggest you and your friends not waste your money. i suggest you invest in your futures. if you are too fucking dumb to not know of the 7-10 large festivals
in this country, then I fear for your future. Save your cash because it's clear you will be homeless one day based off your poor choices and general lack
of knowledge.

if its inevitable, they might as well just blow their cash now while they still have their youth to enjoy.

I want to go to Rothbury and Bonnaroo, but won't make either one.
Athfest isn't nearly as big as those, but it should be fun. I will definitely be there. It's in Athens, GA, but I'll welcome you to my town even if you aren't a Dawg fan as long as you're here for the music. http://www.athfest.com |

the Mile High Music Festival had a solid first year last year, set a high standard for itself.
this years line-up looks really good, wish I could make it out again. I also like that it is all new bands this year, none returning from '08.

Bonnaroo looks like it's gonna be really good this year, but I agree, I'm going to save my money and watch it on Fuse this year.

the fuse coverage is a joke compared to the full festival. you get little snippets of sets...nothing like the full experience

Yeah, it's a joke but I will 100% watch everything Bonnaroo related they choose to air. It is better than nothing and I applaud Fuse for being one of the
only channels that still embraces live music.

I wonder if I get fuse. But Summerfest, while not your typical music festival, is a fun time in Milwalkee. Just look at the line-up and see if the dates of the
bands you want to see fit your schedule.

i'm definitely going to watch what they air, but he was implying that watching the coverage is a substitute for going, which is not the case. i too
appreciate the fact that fuse even covers it to the extent they do
