I'm really glad I'm not in the AL this year. There has been a mass exodus of talent from the NL to the AL this off season.
and agreed on the catcher you got Bader - he looks solid. |

Arguably the 3 best players in the NL in season 9 now all reside in the AL. How'd that happen. Plus Cummings went to Salt Lake City, who I'm still not
sold on.
There's absolutely no reason why New Orleans & Colorado Springs don't play in the NLCS this year. They're head & shoulders better than the rest of the NL right now. |

I just re-signed TJ Caruso to a one year / $1 million contract. Hard to believe a guy that was on Shark's "top free agents" list that hit .333 in 414 Abs with 23 HRs last year would go through all of free agency and spring training unsigned. I didn't really need him which is why I didn't give him an extension but he's a steal for $1 million. |

Yeah I'd been toying with the idea of signing him the last few days. But I still have Ramon Jang as my first bat off the bench, and he's taking up 2.2
million, so I really had no need for Caruso, even at that discounted rate.

My team played awesome during its 6 game losing streak. It was the most baffling losing streak I'd ever been apart of. Finally got things settled down, now
on a 6 game winning streak.
This is easily the most dominant offense I've ever had. I can say that after 12 games. Johnnie West is a machine, and Jesus Pineda is gonna win ROY. I definitely miss Mackowiak & O'Toole in the 7th & 8th, but Gary Moore (rookie last year) has stepped up, and Jose Guzman has been an unbelievable FA addition thusfar. He's pitching better than H-Mack. |

Shark (or anybody else) ready to look after my team for the next 5 weeks starting in a week? I am not sure what the internet connection is going to be like (if
any) while riding from South Africa to Trinidad. Hopefully, Hot Stove (my other team) doesn't fill right away so nothing will really need to be done with
that until I get back. If not I may have to leave the league.

9 straight wins and the best record in the league with Brady Walton, who I thought would be my ML CF and leadoff hitter this year still in AAA because I can't get a trade worked out to clear a roster spot for him. I could get used to this. |

Was gone for a few days and my team played really well in my absence. Sometimes it's nice to beat up on teams you should beat...feel like that didn't
do that enough in past seasons.
