Like, legit kill them. I want to know if I'm crazy or if sometimes other people feel the urge to kill someone who they feel deserves it.

Don't worry, Jerry and Rich don't deserve it. It's not like I just wanna kill any random person.
I'm sure many people wanted to kill Bin Laden at some point. I mean it like that, have you ever actually wanted someone dead?
