I&#39;m looking Southward for job purposes. Plus I&#39;ve got an assload of student loans and would like to own property someday. Living in the South
significantly increases those chances.

The big hitch to moving back South (besides the weather; fuck this 100+ inches of snow) is that I&#39;ve got loans that qualify for forgiveness if I teach in a
low income area for 5 years. We&#39;re talking crappier areas like Alabama, Alaska (not South, just remote), etc. DC... ]]></description>
